"Pray for prey" is correct if she is requesting to receive prey. "Pray to prey" is correct if she is worshipping prey (not likely).

People usually "pray to" a god or some equivalent. If the prey is dead, she might "pray for" the prey to rest in peace. BUT "pray to prey" won't cause confusion. So it's probably the better choice.

Depends of wht do you mean. Pray to=Pray to the prey for it to do something for her. Pray for=Pray that something happens to the pray, wheter is a good or a bad thing.
