Sure, if you completely ignore prior canon and technical story aspects. The finale, although very well-produced, was clearly the result of Hasbro marketing interference. The story violated at least a dozen things in canon from Seasons 1 and 2.
And you couldn't have missed the horrible "deus ex machina" ending. Gah! So many creative writing faux pas in that finale! >_<;
