There's something about this that makes me think that the two twins are actually the same person. They/her just split up to better catch prey.

In Hellraiser Blood Line there was a scene where a guard called Edwards was killed by the Angelique and Siamese Twins by being in between the two twin while they merged. Then again. I guess it wasn't nearly as non-violent.

Frankly I've seen some pretty ludicrous stuff in hentai. For example I saw a pic featuring infinite unbirth nesting eggs (I think with the Azumanga Daioh character Chiyo-Chan) once. ^^
