She has such a kind and caring face as well - it looks like she has been very kind and caring indeed to her boyfriend to let him be a meal like that - although I would not like to be cut into bits by the knife and fork - swallowing is definitely the way to go !!!

I think the knife and ford was more to take off the clothes. Or maybe to eat some sort of sidedish.
