Roxana is a pred looking for a chance to do something important with her life. As a devout Catholic and a mother, she longs to be accepted by others in her parish. It's difficult but she tries to eat fellow church members responsibly and not get too carried away. It's not easy to blend in with her big red wings and feathered tail.

A really interesting story. I especially like how it deals with the philosophy of devouring sentient, willing creatures.

There is a real Roxana. She enjoyed the directon I took with this story. She's very Catholic and Her father really is a self-taught musician who regularly plays guitar and sings for his church.
I sat on this for more than a month not knowing if I should use it or not. I'm trying to follow up on it but that's even harder. I've deleted entire stories because I didn't think they were good enough.

I'll check it out. I intended on doing more with that line of thought. I kind of lost focus. I had an image of an activist priest forming an alliance with a deeply religious pred. He doesn't care very much for her methods but he's convinced that she can make a difference. I'm very interested in what others do with a similar idea.
