Up next is NdNode's Rita. I do so love his style, but for this one I approached it as little less lady and a lot more troll. Channeled a little Devilman when I drew the face, too. At first I thought a little too much, but then I started getting a little bit of a Japanese scroll art vibe and decided not to scrap it. Taking a cue from the background trolls of the Rita comic, I made her rock-like skin look more like armored plating.

OH MY! this looks awesome!
The japanese wall scroll style makes her look meniceing and the rock plateing for her stone scales is a great idea

Thanks! Drawing it though gave me an even greater sense of appreciation for what you go through when you draw her. How much time do you normally spend on the detailing of the legs and shoulders alone?

I wont lie, drawing the rock scales can take a while for Rita for each pannel to detail

Looks pretty good. I'd say Rita could safely pass for a Japanese Oni with this pic. Can't fault it at all, it's really good.

Damn. Welp - wonderful job! Ive tried my hand many a time to draw her. And ive only had one real accomplishment in that retrospect! XD

Unrelated comment, it is possibly the hair on her head going back past her arm, but it kinda looks like she has a lot of armpit hair.
