E-TO's are a special type of healing race that have an "odd" way of healing their patients. When ever an injured patient is brought to her she will immediately start to swallow him whole, once in Ema's stomach it will begin to fill with a special and unique healing fluid. If let's say a patient comes back from the battle field severely injured, a blown off limb, severe bleeding, etc., the healing process will take about 3 hours for the patient to be healed completely that's how fast Ema's juices can heal you. When the healing is done the patient(s) will exit from her cooch.
Since Ema isn't a biological organism her stomach is connected directly to her cooch.

I'm kinda limited on what I can do, I drew this on Colors! 3D on my 3DS.XL. I'm thinking about getting a Small Wacom Intuos4 soon, so I'll keep the comic suggestion in mind.
