There really isn't enough vore out there with Taz involved. Really, he was made specifically to be able to eat creatures of his size, so why not have him do it? As for Lola: It's just my personal preference to see someone with such modern tendencies reduced to the simple "eat or be eaten" law of nature and obviously unable to cope with it.
