I suppose the whole "I'm going to eat you and it's for the sake of your mental health that I'm doing it" thing with therapist/predators has been done to death but I'm re-working a few ideas I've used many times before. I'll probably edit this a bit. I'm not sure that willing or unwilling applies. It's more like acceptance.

On the contrary, I don't believe I've seen very many stories like this one at all, though this is the first of your stories that I've read. I found it highly intriguing; with its focus on treating the prey in a very human, personal way. Most vore that I see tends to objectify the prey, even when they are willing, but this is quite the opposite and I must say it was a delight reading it. I also enjoyed the heavy dialogue in this story, it really focuses the action on the conversation rather than meaningless surroundings.

I wrote one like that for the psychiatrist I gave it to. Still, she selects someone and does whatever she can to get him/her to accept his/her fate. She is a doctor after all. By the time she is ready to consume her victim, she has taken control of his or her psyche. It's just the nature of a civilized hunter to do it as discreetly and as pain free as she possibly can. Since she hunts in public places, she'd prefer that her prey not make a scene because, after all, it's not against the law to eat someone but it is against the law to be a public nuisance. I don't know what the punishment for prey being a public nuisance would be though. I'll have her catch a criminal and not waste time on the niceties. Maybe it will be the crime of being a public nuisance. :)
