This time it's a giantess Utsuho Reiuji (AKA Okuu) from Touhou Project (東方Project Tōhō Purojekuto gobbling up all her fellow Touhou girls as well as all the humans in Gensōkyō.
Look at that gut, it's massive...
Once the cries for help and pleas fell silent, the massive sloshing, gurgles, churning and glorps were left to be heard. Soon everything will be processed into delicious fat rolls.

This seems like a scheme by Kanako to eliminate her competition while providing a larger nuclear energy source for her followers.

I'll try my best, but Touhou is a series of Bullet Hell shooting games in which a Shrine Maiden (The girl being eaten here) must investigate strange incidents which occur in the game's setting.
A lot of the setting and characters are based around mythology and it's got a very large and dedicated fanbase to boot. I highly suggest you look into it.
