Chloe went shopping and bought a new swimsuit.

I'm generally happy with how this piece turned out. I'm still don't care much for how I made her eyes and mouth, so I'll try and work on those elements. But otherwise... =)

Would anyone like to guess what the title is a reference to? I'll give you a cookie. =3

nice style. a slender leg beauty indeed.

as for the title:

"End of the spring,
And here she comes back.
Hi, hi, hi, hi, there.
Well, summer days,
Those summer days.

That's when I had most of my fun back.
hi hi hi hi there"

gotta love sly and the family stone

You know your classics, JPT; an all-time summer anthem.

I wonder, does her swimswit look good on her or is she the one who looks good with that swimsuit on? Anyway, both the swimswit and her look great!

By the way, when you say you "don't care for the eyes and mouth", do you mean you are not satisfied with them? About the mouth, you could try not drawing the lips (I say this because when I try to draw the lips of a girl in her mouth, it always looks weird to me XD.If the mouth is closed, I draw a line, if it is open, it resembles more to a triangle or a circle.)

Why thank you, Sergit. =)

Yeah, that is what I mean. I'm trying to get her to look more anime-like but there's only so much I can do with my colored pencils and the coloring space being so small. Plus I'm trying to see if I can draw faster and that's why I omitted a few details like individual toes and her collarbones.

And actually, those aren't her lips. She's smiling with her mouth open. It's hard to see because of how she scanned and how I colored the inside of her mouth; up close you can see her top row of teeth and her tongue there on bottom.

But thank you for the suggestions. I shall consider them. =)

Ah, ok. I thought these were her lips XD

Exactly, Sergit; you've proven my point right there. That's why mouths are on my list of improvements. =)

If I might offer a word of advice, in regards to the eyes...

If you draw the pupils as crescent shapes, instead of circles, and leave a dot of white as a highlight, the eyes will look more reflective and alive.

Splendid work, CGR.
