take your pic, either a lump of green glop visible onscreen, or intact, 2/3's of the way to the colon

Im guessing Trixie is a great and powerful green goop by now XD
quite possibly, that was the original idea, but I will let the viewers make their own decision. her fate wont be shown, either way.

The green goop is too big to be Trixie, true she might be part of it, but I am leaning more towards in tact in entering the large intestine.
who knows, we probably wont be seeing her again in this series though
Oh well.
the only way it might happen is if I decide to buy an epilogue page or 2, but at the moment, I think it is better with her fate ambiguous
