Damn it! I was hoping that damn unicorn would go turncoat. Oh well, at least the random kidnapping and peculiar solar sailer add a good cliffhanger...

I'm an idiot. With all the focus on the members, I forgot to mention Phantom's gunship... Eh, as term implies, they use a gunship. I think that's enough.

turncoat, as in join my side? and you wanted more action, so you get a bit more action.

and their gunship is a gunship, got it.

Meh, just a hunch that was disproved. Anyway, sometimes they do, sometimes they stab ya in the back with a nerve agent and kidnap one of your friends.
....yet another reason having more battle hardened warrior types is a good idea...

yeah, it was 50/50 unfortunately she's a bit too loyal to ehr company, at the moment at least.
You telling me it won't happen as much when I get 'phantom' onboard?

TheGleamEyes

Well, if you asking 'backstab with nerve agent,' no, they may not be trusting at first, but they won't kill ya.

If you're asking about random kidnappings, well, maybe less, but I don't think a mere 5 warrior types would help much. Big ship and all that.

While on the topic of the 'uneasiness' of Phantom, I thought to use Calx as the catalyst to cement said trust. Seeing as how she's the youngest, anyway...

But yeah, with random kidnapping, five fighters won't help that much... With actual combat, they're bound to shine.

...Though once that trust is forged... I'll leave you to guess.....

I was asking about them helping to make sure no kidnappings would be happening. So thanks!

yeah, I agree.. They are more frontlæine fighters than anything really.

they'll go through hell adn high water for me? (I was considering asking if it meant they'd be showing me how good lovers they are.. But I thought better of it, for now at least)

Let's just say they can do more than fight the good fight....

I will, however, be adding some more info on them, once certain events come to pass...

Fairlyn

ahh, got it. They fight the not so good fight too? (Sorry, couldn't resist)

I am looking forward to it, actually.. I want to know more about them all as time passes.

TheGleamEyes

"-Fight the not so good fight-"? Wouldn't it be easier to say fight the bad fight? I'm pretty sure you get the message though, I just like keeping things vague at times.

Eh hehehe... guess it's a good thing my brain keeps puking out more info on them... such as:

*How Opal sleeps sprawled out on her bed in the nude.

*How Calx REALLY enjoys "ambushing" people to "play with" (I imagine this happening ALOT after they join...)

*How Sachi doesn't actually wear ANY cloths. Sneaky shapeshifter... >:D

*How Naomi enjoys vanilla ice cream

Some of these just now appeared... Anyway, I hope to see more from you soon.

yeah, I know what you mean.

that sounds awesome. Thanks for all the info.

and lastly. I am working on it. I just have Real Life getting in the way. I hate it when that happens.

TheGleamEyes

Don't we all hate it when Real Life butts in, showing us just how screwed up the world really is, while at the same time bluntly telling us what we want from reality can never be within our lifespans. Real Life sucks.

Also, thought up moar random tidbits:

*Enchicna hates politicians. No questions asked.

*Xeru's personality is a mix of childish, curiosity, and playful

*Var doesn't like it if someone tries to perform maintenance on her... Not unless they're given permission, that is...

Fairlyn

Posted by Fairlyn 10 years ago Report

yep, real life always gets in the way.. That's why it's called Real Life.

thanks.

and I can see Var being a bit of a problem, personally.. Seems Maria is goign to need to earn her trust before doing anything to her.

TheGleamEyes

Posted by TheGleamEyes 10 years ago Report

Well... That kinda stuff does happen when you're working with a entity that's more 'alive' than machine...Shouldn't be problematic if said maintenance is needed...but then again, neither Var nor Xeru are your traditional android.... I think finding their design specs would be VERY helpful though...

Another random fact:

*Calx has what the rest of Phantom refer to as a 'freezer-pop addiction'. No, its not some term related to anything naughty, she's literally addicted to those frozen tubes of fruit juice.

Fairlyn

Posted by Fairlyn 10 years ago Report

yeah, I can see what you mean there.. And I do agree, but where would one find those design specs? on the planet Var is originally from, maybe?

also *points over at the current big bad* Calx, I think I saw him hide a box of Freezer Pops on him.

TheGleamEyes

Posted by TheGleamEyes 10 years ago Report

XD It's not THAT bad. As for the specs; Yes, they are located on said wartorn desolate planet in a decrepit underground facility.

Fairlyn

Posted by Fairlyn 10 years ago Report

so it's more like the easiest way to work on getting her trust is to offer her a freezer pop?

oohh.. those are the best kind of abandoned buildings. One never knows what they can find in there.

TheGleamEyes

Posted by TheGleamEyes 10 years ago Report

Actually, the easiest way to earn her trust is to just let her read your mind o.o

And yes, they are fun, and full of surprises.... like ancient automatons.... holo-records.... interdimensional zombies.... soul stealers.... a lich or two.... ok, so the place is overrun by mindless killer monsters.... hope ya got some warroirs on hand :3

Fairlyn

Posted by Fairlyn 10 years ago Report

oohh.. if that's what it takes. She'd probably realize I like her and her frineds a lot.

oohh.. those sound fun. I hope I have the backing of Phantom at that point. It's not that I don't trust the ones I already got, I woudl just rather go in with 9 rather than 4 fighters.
