Started as a 'how to' for someone, spinning off into possible fanfic.

This would be used as a sort of desperation move despite it being a Birthday wish by Hotaru. Because A. it's not reversible and B. if a threat for a heroic Cell requires it to get closer to its perfect form, then they're in deep shit.

Well I think it's as sfw as it can be as far as an absorption story involving Cell is concerned. I don't know Hotaru so well so I can't comment on her personality, but from what's written in the story and the small back story given I'd like to assume that the character came out well. I'm not very good at reviewing stories, but I think it came out how you wanted it to.
