The placement of the waist/chest in relation with the boobs is very off. The arm is ridiculous. :p

The shadows and lighting, as well as the lips, and liquid droplets, at perfect.

Haha! I'm glad you noticed.

As you may have guessed, this sketch was intended solely to communicate technique in making droplets.
