She was once a normal bunny rabbit and didn't look like this. After Fooly changed her into a herm after several tests he then said that she was his creation. He made her into what she is now but did not make her from scratch. He created her by doing tests on a normal Bunny rabbit girl.

Wow, that does sound pretty evil!
But maybe I'm being too quick to judge here.
Perhaps she was critically injured and he was her only chance to live, or somesuch.

Hahaha... Hahahaha!!! You give me too much credit! When I captured 32 before she was tested on I'm certain she was very healthy. I don't test on my subjects to save their lives. I do it to obtain power. Nothing more.
