A gift art for house-of-characters who has been wanting a picture of Dalia's mouth. :P
Since I've done similar mouth pictures in the past and I didnt want to get bored with it, I tried to "revive" a different colouring style again, which I havent used in quite some time. I also pretty much put all my artistic skill I am having at this point into this picture, aiming for high detail and realism, causing this piece to come at 16 hours (!) of work time.
Yeah, quite a lot of work for just a face. Bleh... <.<

With this picture I didn't necessarily aim for cuteness or whatever you want to call it but for realism, especially concerning Dalias biology. With Dalia being an Inu, it is supposed to show in more than just having ears and tail of a dog, so I also decided to give her a mixture between human and canine teeth. Her tongue is also a little larger and differently shaped, resembling that of a dog a little more as well.
I also think that her slitted pupils came out nicely, causing the red eyes, in combination with those sharp teeth, to induce a relatively scary feeling inside the viewer. And with good reason, after all, there are at least traces of demonic blood in her due to one of her ancestors, even though she doesn't really benefit from it in any way other than traces of her personality and looks. First and foremost, Dalia is an Inumimi after all.
But she's also blushing, feeling a little embarrassed about... well, that pose.
