Officer Pe- I mean, Pain, is in hot pursuit of the notorious "Master Thief" Lea and they have now taken to a Rooftop Run. Will this fiend finally be aprehended and brought to justice, or will she manage to outmaneuver our fearless hero.
Well, now that I've found a replacement printer, I can scan this bad boy, took me a while. I made this on the day of Terraaah's Officer Pain picture, so whenever that picture was made, so was this one.

AH! Well this most definitely came out of the blue! XD Glad to see the whole police art-set of mine was to your liking enough to make fan-art of officer Pain!! Thanks a ton!!!

I believe i mentioned that i made this the day you made the officer Pain picture, so it was alot quicker than i honestly expected since i dont do much on backgrounds.
