I have posed a theory based on this image, Demons can eat all the unwilling prey but, they can't be satisfied by them, only through willing prey from what she said.
Well the problem with that is that if she was just greedy she wouldn't have any issue with being overfull in other images, demons don't work like that if they are greedy they have no limits to their ability to covet.
