So here's another Boundless sketch: an example of Leupai breeding habits. They are parasitic, so the lay eggs in other creatures and let them worry about it, which hatch into babies called quaggies. Symptoms of quaggy carrying are a distended midriff and an insatiable appetite. When birthed, quaggies burst out of the host, but produce a super regenerative toxin that heals any wounds nearly instantly, leaving the host perfectly ok.
Husky has run into this situation a couple of times. This pic is a result of a drawing spree finally ending at 4am. I seem to be the most productive when sleep deprived...

When I say insatiable, I really mean it. At the peak of her hunger, roves the country side consuming nearly everything she comes across, dead or alive.

Some of those quaggies are sooooo cute though, even if they burst their way out of you xenomorph style. I find myself picking up a few just to see what pops out.
Too bad there isn't an option to carry them around again after they're part of your party.
