Mhh a swallowing match with Cynthia , big bellied swimming race with Misty where the loser is eaten, or winning a contest against Dawn or May and to the victors stomach goes the loser, something like that...
It doesn't have to be comics it could be a one shot with an explanation below, maybe the race right before it ends, the table bending under the weight of two trainer stuffed bellies with set of squirming trainers between them, or the contest winner in the middle of swallowing second place on top of third place already squirming in her belly...
