I like that monster. Blob-like Cyclops monsters remind me of this one particularly menacing one that appeared in a nightmare sequence in Dexter's Laboratory.

I think I know which one he means. The monster, anyway. I recall the monster, just not the actual episode.

If I recall, it involved time travel. A ravenous one-eyed blob monster with tentacles was destroying Dexter's laboratory, and absorbed him, and I think Dee-Dee had to go back in time to stop it from happening or something. My memory is very hazy, though.

You have some great drawings going on here, but I really need to improve my cartoon literacy. I've never seen the Great Mouse Detective or Swat Kats, but I think I need to now!
I looked up Bacteria Monster on YouTube. That really is a great monster! Too bad they just show the farmer eaten in shadow.

I think it is. One of my favorite scenes in the entire series, next to Madkat eating Razor in a later episode. :)

I do wonder if it would actually have such a thing. I mean, I know that it used to be a kat, but that was the original creature; although I'm sure the tongue, if there was one, would've ended up with one of the monsters after the division. Oh well. What matters is that fat slimy tongue is about to curl up into Basil's face, muffling his cries and sealing his fate, shoving him back further into the gaping maw until his cute mousie face disappears forever.
