Even though Fooly may have the ability to multiply everyone's abilities he can still be taken out very easily. He is not very strong at all. If he is defeated then everyone loses the boosts given to them by his 3x multiplier.

Also a little side note... Fooly's eyes normally never look like this. This is a special effect that only shows up when he's multiplying the effects of OTHER people.
