... More likely than not, it's all your imagination, and everyone else is secretly a disfigured mutant in their own heads, too.
Why do I keep making weird motivational drawings lately? Dunno. I guess I wanna help people. And draw stuff. And I've accomplished at least one of those things like this.

The feeling that eyes are everywhere. Always watching! Always judging how much of an obvious freak you are P_P
... As for the inspiration, I was inspired by a picture where a guy had a thing on the side of his head which looked vaguely like a squarish mouth. That's where my inspiration came from.
