The mating habits of the Hellthorn satyr remain a mystery. Though they are known to have a very active, and shameless sex drive; there have been no examined cases of them mating to birth children. Due to this, the myth of them actually being demons, spawned by the netherworld or being transformed from corrupt mortals, continues to spread. It is likely that this is simply due to the lack of scouts returning from the deeper areas of Hellthorn territory.
