(This story was originally shared on the forums under the working title "Loss of Appetite," but has since then been thoroughly fixed/polished. If you enjoyed the original version, be sure to give the final a read, download, favorite, and/or comment.)
My first contribution to the vore/furry community! It took me a good while to write this, but I'm proud of the final result and am hoping others will appreciate it.
This story tells of Ruff the ferret's chance meeting with an interesting vixen named Ferra, and the odd interactions that follow. Much of the story is told through flashbacks (to only one particular scene; nothing too complicated). This piece is meant to establish the relationship between these two characters, and to possibly act as a prologue for further scenes.

Ruff flinched at the sudden sensation of wet heat rubbing his cervix. Cervix? There was another instance of that word being used seemingly out of place too. Not sure what's up with it.
Up until the first "it was a dream" part I thought the story was all right. The descriptions were just a little bit long winded, but otherwise everything was enjoyable. After that dream thing the story started to go weird. I'm not sure if that was supposed to be a flashback or not, or how the story was told with them rather than most everything happening in the present.
Regurgitation can be a fun theme, but I'm not sure about it saving the weasel after being inside for presumably long enough for the rain to start flooding the fox's den. The needing him back to help was difficult to make sense of I thought. There's very little he could do after being mostly or even partially digested, I'd imagine, but that's just my take on it.

Cervix can also refer to the neck, though I can see it being somewhat out of place now. I'll change it later.
I can see how the order of events is a bit confusing as well. The second chapter will hopefully help straighten things out.

Your writing style is excellent. I was really drawn in to the helpless of the prey by the predator. Looking forwards to the next chapter and hope you go into some nice details of a full digestion of the prey. Fantastic work, I would love to give my hamster “speedy” to Ruff and see what that outcome would be like. Keep up the fantastic work.

I posted chapter two recently; though it has no digestion (not of any important characters, anyway), I recommend you check it out if you liked this chapter. Chapter three will most likely contain a few scenes that are more relevant to your interests, so definitely look forward to that!
As for Ruff, he isn't much of a predator . While none of the chapters that I have planned feature him in the role, I'm certainly open to the idea. Only time will tell...

I was completely engrossed in this story as I continued to read it, horror and curiosity thrumming in my heart.
You write well.
I... don't know what else to say, other than this was quite an experience. ...Especially the sensual scenes; they excited me~
I'm used to softer, gentler vore. This really shook me up, though not necessarily in a bad way.
Is there a sequel? I want to see how Ruff and Ferra's relationship develops... (especially being the hopeless romantic I am, aaaaa)

Thank you so much for the kind words! I often worry that my writing is too verbose for readers to trudge through, but it sounds like it really made an impact on you. Words can't express how thankful I am that you appreciated it so much~
And there is indeed more. The other two stories in my gallery follow immediately after this one. The second story does not so much focus on Ferra, though it goes more into detail on Ruff's thoughts of her, but the third largely focuses on the both of them. I'm currently trying my best to finish the final piece in this arc, though I cannot say with certainty when it will be uploaded.
