Enda gives up on trying to fool people into thinking she's a maid. She's too much of a leader to serve anyone, and just thinking about it makes her mad.
Which is why she wants to eat someone now.
She doesn't even care about keeping the fake dress up, and it merges back into slime.
Because of this, there's some commotion, which the other fake maids take advantage on to sneak into the mansion successfully.
Enda couldn't sneak in there, but she got some random bystander who just happened to be there when she revealed her true intentions.

That's why you can't count on her for stealth or cunning plans. She just goes Leeroooy Jenkins and ruins it all! She makes a good distraction, though.
