Also, why does his outfit glow blue after digesting his victims? Does he/she eat their souls as well?

This particular predator is called Shebix as seen in the tags and the folder the comic is placed in.

Her outfit is a suit that uses nanobots to remove and recreate parts of it based on the wearers requirements.

She can eat souls, but in this comic's particular canon, souls do not exist.
