In the last pic, we saw Rinne successfully petting Enda after she turned her into a chibi by draining her with her tail.

This is what would happen if Rinne had forgotten petting the slime/ stopped petting to soon.
The slime acts calm and aloof, as if she were perfectly fine. It doesn't seem like she is plotting her revenge.
Then, Rinne lowers her guard, and THAT'S when Enda strikes back! A slimy slap that sends Rinne flying, but not with her own wings.
