Personally I much prefer Nightmare Moon (the excuse I use is that she must obviously be the more likely candidate, given the Nightmare Night legends - but the truth is, there's dreadfully little scat of her), but this is still rare, and more importantly, good.
Though I suppose the most likely victim of her appetite would be Twilight Sparkle, if you remember the pilot.
Nighty pretty much took her out of the game with that first lightning strike, had she double-tapped and devoured Twi before her friends could arrive there wouldn't be an Element of Magic left to shut her down.
A short comic with that would be nice, but I don't think I can get Nightmare Moon to look okay just yet. I will try to make something with it, though need to get other things done first.

Yes, the Pinkie one will be a sequence like this, but a bit different and will have digestion and disposal, with watersports. ^^
