It doesn't really matter though, she doesn't have a defined organ structure like we do so entering one way or the other all leads to the same "place"

Actually it is neither, if you look over at the ask regarding nil’s digestive system you get a glimpse of two peeps wrapped up in her and speaking freely that’s nothing close to capacity.
Though she is able to make herself “tighter” for her own amusement as seen in the Halloween one.
