this gabumon has been waiting to try a new pelt for some time, and how does he do it? well, its a simple matter of swallowing the owner of the desired pelt and swapping the gabumon skin data´s with that of the absorbed digimon.

he seems quite happy with his new veemon pelt, he might keep it for good or change to his old one later, is not like his owner, who can see everything from the gabumon PoV has any say in the matter anyway

I'm genuinely suprised to see someone who knows that that isn't Gabumon's actual skin. Even though it digivolves into furred creatures,it's actually a Lizard under there.

Eheh This is exactly a possible theory about it x3! Yet if he will wish to get back the initial pelt, eating a Garurumon will not be as easy as a Veemon, eheh...
