I like this. I want to see more of this character and learn her hopes and dreams. Or at least some contexts for this scene.

The context was the Month family has a bunch of weird mutations because of a radioactive Meteor that landed in their farm. June and July, the Siamese twin cows (July pictured here), found an advertisement for a back alley doctor who promised 'Cosmetic Changes, Paranormal Medical Treatment and Mad Science Solutions' and sought him out. Dr. Pierce cured their space radiation poisoning and promised to do the same for their family if he was allowed to try out some of his experimental transformation rays on the twins. They agreed, which is why you'll see them apart, as taurs and such in early work.
Annie May here got the best of the transformations, being subtle in that she became a hermaphrodite with a huge penis. She also lactates constantly without needing to be pregnant but is extremely fertile (And virile) and can actually hold people inside her womb for long periods of time by connecting to them through an umbilical cord. This scene is the Doc's first encounter with May while he was curing and inoculating the Month family for Space Radiation.
Annie Mae is a soft spoken country girl who is extremely matronly and loves baking and gingham outfits. Mostly because Wizard of Oz is her favorite movie and book series. She secretly wants to write children's books but is afraid she isn't good enough so she never lets people see her work.
Hopefully that gives you some backstory. Most of it's headcanon because I was going to start writing something with them years ago. I added some stuff because of a recent Stardew Valley playthrough and some of her personal backstory I just made up now but it suits her personality so I'll keep it.
I'd love to include her or do more stuff with May cuz she's nifty keen. But I don't know what setting to put her in or if Ill have time.

June and July started out as Siamese twins, and were temporarily separated. But, they certainly could be merged with May here for Siamese triplets. Funny I never thought of that idea till now.
