Hindsight is always perfect... foresight, though, is a far trickier proposition, even if you have eight eyes! Poor girl will be squirming with belly-ache for some days to come, such a rich plump fly plonking into her unprepared stomach all at once is a recipe for some woeful indigestion~

Oh well... I don't envy her for the discomfort she's going to be in for a few days. I'd suggest a massage from a friend, though before long the fly will be too deep in her gut for that to even do much good!

It's giving her first stomach a world of trouble as it is... but if it's still solid when it gets into her abdomen-based mid-gut, it'll be sitting and churning for days before her insides can turn it into absorbable soup~

This is going to get real bad for that poor spider girl. Real world spiders have to drink their prey because spider bellies can't handle solid food. Normally the spider will bite their prey and let their venom dissolve it. Then and only then do they slurp it up. Her poor stomach is going to ache for days and DAYS while it tries to dissolve all that chitin. I don't know if Spider-chan was in a hurry or if she just didn't know how much trouble there was going to be.
Even when all of that passes to her abdominal midgut, it'll churn over itself in her belly for ages and ages. Except now she can't even reach far back enough to hold and rub her aching gurgly abdomen.

While drawing this, I figured that an arachne like Spider-chan here would rely on her first stomach to grind down and liquefy a solid meal before passing the resultant soup to her abdominal midgut for absorption. But her fly meal appears to be just a little too big or too rich for her first stomach to handle comfortably~ And if her beleagured belly decides to send the meal down still solid, her abdomen is in for some achiness, like you so succinctly described ;'D
