This begs the question, "What if Flare was first introduced with Brandish's powers while being in this kind of attire?" Her back story would fit in, but biggest "concerns" would probably go to what she would do to poor Lucy.

Too bad Brandish doesn't use her powers like she used to before :(
But I agree, Flare would've been more fun with Brandish's magic XD

Indeed, either by the story not really having much ideas with it or they made her a bit too OP so uses it for support/wounds. lol
Quite a shame Flare never gotten that magic power.
