Spider-chan's first stomach, largely failing to properly digest the too-rich, too-big meal she's swallowed, has had enough and has squelched it along to her abdominal midgut. This part of her digestive tract is designed for absorbing liquefied food, not for holding badly-digested remains, and more gastric suffering ensues. Spider-chan can't even reach down to rub and soothe her aching abdomen, and while she can clutch at her belly with her spider legs to try to alleviate her intestinal hell, those appendages don't have quite the same soft easing effect of her warm human hands~
