The eccentric "Miss Moon" pressures the lieutenant "Butterbar" to allow her outfit to work with the doughboys in taking on Echo. The lieutenant senses an ulterior motive and wants no part in any deal. Meanwhile, Echo scampers away to the mountains with Chum as his captive.

(This is long overdue! I plan on cranking these out more often as I turn this into something bigger.)
