Part 2 of Veeshan's recent commission!

Unfortunately for Samus, a side effect of this particular Metroid's mutation is that it can't subsist on the life energy of its prey alone-- it also needs a steady diet of bodily fluids. Oh, well- should be a problem for Sammy for too much longer.
