They say there is a certain carnivorous plant species that never fully digests it's prey... Instead, their bodies are violently contorted as they become part of the creature! Their anguished faces and wriggling toes stick out for all to see, almost as trophies of successful meals prior. It is said that the fusion with the creatures prey is so deep once digestion begins, their own vocal cords can be manipulated by the creature, allowing it to lure more unsuspecting victims towards it. Researchers are still unclear as to whether or not the prey is alive or dead, as none have gotten close enough to safely examine the creature...
