Funny part is, there are several story arcs that feature Luffy eating so much that he gets a huge belly.
Usually this is in a sequence with him needinf to heal after suffering heavy damage, or an exceptional tough battle.

A female counter-part, or Luffy eating something that gives him the apperance of a female, would likely still have massive feasts when in need of healing or extra energy.
