A little Halloween fun
Here we can see three friends, sliding into the maw of Sygjolde, Queen of the Shadowrealm. Godess of Nightmares. Her body in the realm of Achrama is only a living gateway to the Shadowrealm, where her real body resides. During the month of Tenthmoon (October) she appears in the dreams of those who suffer from terrible nightmares. They get swallowed by Sygjolde just to appear in the Shadowrealm as spirits. There they have to find the exit before the voracious denizens of the nightmare realm devour them. If their spirit gets eaten the bond between the spirit and body weakens as the spirit is slowly gets "digested" or drained inside the nightmare creature. Then the spirit is released from the stomach, so it can regenerate. The process repeats until the spirit escapes or get's completely severed from the body. In that case the body falls into a coma until it dies. The spirit will forever be trapped in the Shadowland, becoming eternal prey for the nightmare denizens.

I will not admit to or deny being a prey type, I am an apex predator myself, this goddess of Nightmares is nothing but food. Or so I'd like to say~

I love seeing prey sliding down pred's tongue, makes the whole thing more thrilling.
