She's an alicorn, maybe they're far more difficult and resistant to digestion? This is hardly good news for Twilight having to endure a full tour as clones goop around her. I suspect Chrysalis will go catch some more which just adds to or prolongs the disgusting experience for the adorkable princess.
There won't be enough mind bleach to erase this from haunting her dreams. :D
