What a lot of people don't know is that a lot of past rulers were added to Histore's archives, even Plutia of the past! I'm sure Neptune and Nepgear will adapt to their new roles here in Planeptune, as pudge hanging from lady Histoire's sides quite well, with enough time~
And if any of Neptune's CPU friends come asking too many questions? They can join her. Another wonderfully filling meal, and a rival nation's leader wiped out, all in one fell swoop!
