Something tells me Melinda is big on consent, unlike her neighbour. So I'm guessing the sister agreed to be in there.
If it turns out that's not the case then I agree it'd be sad. But I think that they talked this over and that creepy stalker face of Melindas is more an expression of desire rather than a sign that she just took the sister the second she opened the door.
I'm basing that assumption on the fact that the kids are safely in the crib rather than also in Melinda's stomach.

True, but it's a vore comic, so it's natural that the characters choose perversity before eachother, it's selfish and reckless from a real world perspective. But from a pornography perspective, it's perfectly legit.
