Miu - Stop being troublesome and go down already.
Miu - This is not easy for me to do.
Miu - Aw, that was hard and i'm now exhausted.
Miu - Hope this doesn't increase my boobs anymore, there enough trouble already.
Miu - Stop moving already dragon, you are causing me stomach aches!
Miu - Perhaps swallowing the dragon to defeat it was not a good idea.
Miu - For godsess sakes, why does my chest keep on increasing despite not wanting them bigger.
Miu - Also why did I have to gain horns and wings as well, my chest sticks out enough already.
Miu is the demon king child. Due to this she doesn't have much understanding of the human world yet and still has her demon habits. One of these habits is her appetite is much larger than a normal person. As you can see from the 1st panel Miu throat is flexible since she is swallowing something quite large. This doesn't mean it is easy for her and wishes it was over already.
While Miu is resting on something she makes one last gulp and finally finishes swallowing. Miu is thinking of how hard it was for her while she is exhausted. She hopes that that whatever she swallowed won't make her boobs any larger since their enough trouble already for her daily life.
From the expanded scene we can see that Miu swallowed the dragon that was after her. Miu in a annoyed mood tell the dragon to stop moving since it gives her stomach aches. She then contemplates weather it was such a good idea to swallow the dragon.
After an unknown amount of time Miu has fully digested the dragon. However it seems that maybe due to her demon heritage she didn't get off free. First her boobs her indeed increase due to sheer amount that she digested. second it seems that Miu has gained some qualities from the dragon, which includes it tail, horns and wings. Miu is really complaining about now matter how much she doesn't want it her boobs keep on increasing. She also states that why did she have to get a tail horns and wings. Her chest was making her stick out enough.
Hope her life now goes okay with her new body to show

I don't know but lets say roughly 1 large dragon and many small dragons which make 1 large dragon

My preference is human like preds absorbing human like prey. For example a modest elf absorbing a busty angel, causing her to gain the angel's wings, bust size, and hair length while retaining her Elven attributes. Of course that's just my preference.

I need some ideas for vore situations
if you want to say some anime characters you like and i'll see if a can make a vore scenario. anime i prefer if you want some ideas can be high school dxd, akame ga kill or fairy tail etc

Well I based these picks solely off of looks for i'm not familiar with the story, but here's what i got.
Asia Argento encounters the angel Irina Shidou. The Angel Irina is shocked to see the once holy maiden stoop to the level of a devil and they clash. Asia devours Irina and absorbs her nutrient rich angelic body into her own, gaining wings, improved curves, and perhaps purifying her soul in the process and causing her to return to the church and replace Irina as an Ace.
Apologies if these picks or the story don't make sense from a narrative standpoint but i hope i was helpful.
