Pathfinder. basically it is....well when 4e of dnd came out. It was...changed drastically. and people hated it, as they had been playing the 3.5 edition for years and honestly it was crap imo. SO some fans decided to make their own updated version of 3.5.
AND SO PATHFINDER was born. It is enough like 3.5 that you can take stuff from it, but it has some important differences.
So pathfinder basically IS DnD but with some changes and fixes.
And it has gone on from a fan thing, to a system that is actually published and has A LOT of material, both first and third party.
Its the one I've played the most
AND it has rules for vore somewhere on the internet (but then again, so does 3.5 e and 4e of DnD, from what I have seen)

It'll go fine. My advice is try to get into character as much as you can. Its funner that way. Leads to great stuff in my experience. Even if it doesn't seem smart from your perspective, think about what the character would do first and foremost. Also don't forget about what your character can do, and get creative with their abilities
Depends on the setting/ edition. But as far as I know, they're people who have some demon/ devil blood in them (Which is an important difference to be made). Now half demons are usually their own thing in my experience. So teiflings are more like, "Oh, this is my grandmother lucy and grandfather skullcracker lord of the boiling blood pits, he makes a good meatloaf".
But that isn't always the case. SO they can be half demons/ devils OR just some blokes who's ancestors had a few romps in hell.
