Celestia was in a dire need of transportation, thankfully it wasn't hard to convince a passing 'pregnant' catgirl to carry her, in exchange for letting her use her gears. Basta couldn't be happier with that deal, she gets to wear a cool witch hat and a magical wand in exchange of letting that nice slime girl to stay until it's safe. Maybe she could ask Celestia if she'd like to stay for a bit longer, as it seems she's enjoying her stance as much as she does.
