It seems like she resorted to hard vore with the poor sap in the cage (his arm reaches up mere seconds before Demencia pops up). As for the cheerleader, if you look closely, she’s actually just tasting her (legs are still visible underneath Demencia).
With that being said, I’ve got a good feeling there’s going to be more canon vore with her. She’s clearly got an appetite for humans.
