Kim:
So Serenity's big idea? I suppose the nice way of putting it would be something like "putting the bunny in her burrow" The wuff promised me that she only wanted to feel me wriggle around in there for a bit, and I have to admit, the idea sounded like fun...But when I felt something squishing between my toes deep inside, I began to have second thoughts. By the time I was neck deep in my friend's pucker, I could feel something gross and slimy squelching all along my legs! I couldn't stand it any more, I needed to get back out...but Serenity? Well I think she got a bit caught up in the moment...she had different plans.

Why do curries always cry out " Oh, gods"? Is there a polytheistic, furry religion that i'm not aware of?

*giggles*
Whaat? You mean you don't know? Us murry purry furries do indeed have the one true religion! You see, it all started in the beginning with the great Mother Goddess. She was all that existed in the universe. She was everything that could be all at once. She was male and female, she was night and day, she was filled with creativity and chaos as well as order and restraint.

Her body resembled that of all living creatures, hundreds of tails followed her wherever she went, she had a pair of ears for every single furry species there has ever been, and a pair of eyes to match. Every feature from all living things was a part of her.

As time wore on, the great Goddess grew bored, she passed the millenia forging stars. She found them to be beautiful, their glittering light something she admired. To her, our cosmos was like jewelry. She decorated her form with the celestial bodies she wove out of the fabric of the universe. But soon that wasn't enough to hold the Great Mother's attention. She became fascinated with the little intricate details the seemed to gather around her glittering starlight. Rocks and balls of gas seemed to enjoy the company of her creations and she in turn enjoyed the new additions to her Artistry. She began to play with the little balls of rock that found their way into her stars grasp. Changing their colors, adding new textures as she created flowing waters for beautiful blue rocks, and forests to add deep greens. She admired her artistry so much, her favorite solar systems she wore day in and day out. But she felt so lonely. She had no one with which to share the beauty of her labor with. And so a new idea came to her.

She would create creatures who would enjoy all that she had made as much as she did! She used her own body as inspiration, creating from stardust all the living animals that have ever existed. Everything from dragons and unicorns, to bunnies and foxes. All feral animals were inspired by her form and were given life so that they could love the Great Mother's universal Tapestry. And for a time she was pleased. These new creatures, her children after the stars and the worlds that decorated them, were so much different than anything she had brought into existence before! They're movements felt so erratic compared to her jewelry, the stars, planets and moons. The way they went about their lives...sometimes fighting, other times helping one another to live. They could breed in ways none of her other creations could, their populations seemed to be so alive in the way they seethed and dwindled as time wore on. She found it all very strange, and yet at the same time almost mesmerizing! But alas, for all the wonder they inspired within the Great Mother, they still could not truly appreciate the worlds she had molded in the way she desired. She was still alone...

And so our Great Mother set to work again, this time she would create something more magnificent, more beautiful, more intricate than anything she had breathed life into before. She would pluck two from each species she had created. Pulling them up into the heavens with her. She would feed one into her maleness, and the other into her feminine petals. Inside the Great Mother's form, her creations could only last for moments before giving in to the sheer overwhelming power of her life energy. She could feel as their small souls left their melting physical forms. One soul taking the form of her seed, the other, her ovum. She would impregnate herself, using her power to fuse these souls together. But she didn't stop there, She began to pour her power...her energy...her very life force into this new masterpiece budding in her belly. For each species that she fused together like this, she would imbue them with the part of her body that had inspired their creation. As two bunny rabbit souls met within her depths, The long floppy ears, the cute fluffy tails, all the bunny features were stripped from the Great Mother and absorbed into her children. Each of the children born in this way were a set of twins. One male, and one female. A matching set, one that took after each and every species the Great Mother had ever crafted. And with each new birth, the Great Mother grew smaller, and less powerful. Still despite feeling herself growing weaker, she had never been happier in her life. Her children...they were the first of her creations to look up and understand her existence. They understood the beauty of the worlds she had sculpted and admired it all with her. As they grew they learned to speak with her. And for the first time, the Great Mother was not lonely. Her children had inherited her powers, each a God and Goddess in their own right. And they began creating new life in their own image! To the Great Mother it was akin to her children bringing her their artwork for her to admire and cherish. And this is how we furries came to be! The furry kind, each species, we were each created by our own Gods and Goddesses. We lacked the Deity's power of creation, but we were all still special and admired by our creators and their mother. So much so that she wanted more and more of her children to be brought into the world, and so she continued to give birth. Again and again, she poured pieces of herself into her children, creating new divine celestial beings two by two until one day, there was nothing left of her. The Great Goddess would vanish upon giving the last of herself to her children.

The Great Mother was no more, but there were now thousands upon thousands of Gods and Goddesses, each representing their own species, each creating the furry people as we know them today. I owe MY existence to the bunny divine beings. They are my "Gods"

And that's why you hear furries always saying "Gods" instead of referring to a single deity. There are so many that we owe our existence to!!
