My witch pred Belvatine (who I haven't used in a while..) with Creo and his fairy lady friend..

Belvatine's stomach saps the life force from magical creatures like Creo and the fairy, not really digesting them. Belva knows not to take too much as to completely drain them, here she's just teasing Creo..

After she's had her fun from eating them both (and feels full enough on life force) she'll use her magic to take them out of her stomach, as seen in my first drawing of her..

Pretty scary, but it's definitely better for everyone than the standard fare. Belvatine doesn't have to hunt new prey each meal, and the others...you know, live.
